These terms apply to your use of this website and to work you book with House Maintenance.

Quotes and prices

• Prices on this website are starting prices. The final price depends on the job and is confirmed in a quote before work starts.
• DStv prices shown are "from" prices for standard installations and signal repairs.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Products

Product orders sent on WhatsApp are requests, not confirmed sales. We confirm stock, price and delivery or installation before you pay. Manufacturer warranties apply to products as supplied.

Bookings and access

Please make sure we can safely reach the work area at the agreed time. Extra call-outs caused by no access may be charged.

Our work

We do installations and repairs with care and test the work with you before we leave. If something is wrong with our work, tell us as soon as possible and we will look at it.

Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by existing faults, misuse, power surges, load-shedding or work done by others. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
